Janie the Cat needs a home

Janie is a very sweet, gentle girl who waited patiently for someone to notice her. When you're a black, overweight, senior cat, that's basically three strikes against you in a shelter full of great cats who need a home. It's also quite difficult for a cat to lose weight when stuck in a small cage for many months. So....Janie is now in a foster home and will be put on a low calorie food to hopefully help her lose some weight.

Janie came to foster care 2/5/18 and once she settles in I will be able to update her information with how she is with my other cats and dogs. When I first met her at the shelter she was not shy about getting on my lap and snuggling so I am confident she'll fit in and be quite happy.
